1. General Questions

What is LifespanningRx?

LifespanningRx is a telehealth platform that connects you with licensed U.S. medical providers who specialize in longevity, wellness, and regenerative medicine.
All prescriptions are issued only after a licensed clinician reviews your health history and determines medical suitability.

Do I need a prescription to order from LifespanningRx?

Yes. Every medication or peptide therapy available through LifespanningRx requires a valid prescription.
You must complete a medical intake and consultation with a licensed clinician before any medication can be dispensed.

Is LifespanningRx a pharmacy?

No. LifespanningRx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense medications directly.
All prescriptions are fulfilled by U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies (503A or 503B) that comply with FDA and state regulations.

Are compounded medications FDA-approved?

No. Compounded medications are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
They are prepared on an individual, patient-specific basis by licensed compounding pharmacies that operate under FDA-regulated sections 503A and 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

What types of medications or therapies do you offer?

Our clinicians may prescribe a variety of longevity-focused therapies, including but not limited to:

  • Peptide therapies (e.g., Sermorelin, MOTS-C, Epithalon, BPC-157)
  • Nutrient injections (e.g., NAD+, B12, Glutathione)
  • Metabolic and regenerative support compounds

Each therapy is prescribed only when medically appropriate following clinical evaluation.

How long does the process take?

From intake to medication delivery, most patients complete the full process within 3–4 business days, depending on provider review and pharmacy processing times.

2. Patient Safety & Clinical Oversight

How are clinicians qualified?

All telehealth consultations are conducted by U.S.-licensed medical professionals who maintain active state licenses and board certifications.
Our medical team is supervised by a licensed physician medical director, and all prescriptions comply with federal and state laws.

How is my personal and medical information protected?

LifespanningRx follows HIPAA and HITECH privacy standards.
Your medical data is encrypted, stored on secure U.S.-based servers, and accessible only to authorized providers and pharmacies involved in your care.
For more details, please review our [Privacy Policy].

What if I have a reaction or side effect?

If you experience mild side effects, contact your prescribing clinician or LifespanningRx support immediately.
If you experience a severe or life-threatening reaction, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Do not continue using the medication until cleared by your healthcare provider.

What if I need to cancel or change my therapy?

Because compounded prescriptions are made for each individual patient, medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed.
If your health or goals change, contact your clinician to discuss dosage adjustments or alternate therapies.

Do you prescribe controlled substances?

Controlled substances may only be prescribed under strict compliance with federal and state law.
LifespanningRx clinicians do not prescribe or ship medications in violation of the Controlled Substances Act or state-specific prescribing regulations.

3. Telehealth-Specific Information

Is telehealth legal in my state?

Yes — we operate only in U.S. states where our clinicians are licensed.
Your provider must hold an active license in the state where you are physically located during the consultation.

Can my provider deny a prescription?

Yes. Providers may determine that a therapy is not medically appropriate based on your health data, history, or contraindications.
Prescriptions are never guaranteed or automatic.

Can I use insurance for these services?

At this time, LifespanningRx does not bill insurance.
All services and medications are self-pay, but you may use FSA or HSA cards when applicable.

4. Quality & Manufacturing Standards

How are medications compounded?

All medications are compounded by licensed pharmacies following USP <795>, <797>, and <800> standards for safety, purity, and potency.
Each batch is subject to rigorous quality control, sterility, and potency testing.

Are shipments temperature-controlled?

Yes. All temperature-sensitive medications are shipped in validated cold-chain packaging with delivery tracking.
You will receive shipping updates and handling instructions with each order.

Do you sell “research-use” or “non-prescription” peptides?

No. LifespanningRx does not sell, promote, or distribute research-use-only, unregulated, or non-prescription peptides.
All medications are compounded and dispensed under medical supervision with a valid prescription.
