Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
LifespanningRx operates as a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed U.S. medical providers and compounding pharmacies.
Because our services involve medical consultations and patient-specific compounded prescriptions, refund and cancellation rights differ from those of standard e-commerce transactions.
This policy outlines when and how refunds or cancellations may apply.
2. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the telehealth visit has occurred or a clinician has begun reviewing your medical intake.
- If you cancel your appointment before your consultation or before a provider review has started, you may request a full refund by contacting connect@Lifespanning.com.
- If technical or scheduling issues prevent your consultation from taking place, our team will reschedule or issue a refund at our discretion.
3. Prescription Medications
Because all compounded medications are prepared individually for each patient based on a valid prescription:
- No refunds or returns are permitted once a prescription has been transmitted to the pharmacy or compounding has begun.
- Federal and state laws prohibit the return or resale of prescription medications, even if unopened.
- If an error occurs due to pharmacy dispensing or shipping mistakes, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at connect@Lifespanning.com so we can coordinate correction directly with the licensed pharmacy.
4. Subscription or Refill Programs
If you participate in an ongoing or subscription therapy plan:
- You may cancel future shipments or renewals at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
- Any orders already prescribed, compounded, or shipped cannot be refunded or reversed.
- Subscription adjustments or pauses must be requested in writing via your secure patient portal or at connect@Lifespanning.com.
5. Shipping Delays or Damaged Packages
- If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or incorrect due to pharmacy or carrier error, we will coordinate a replacement or correction with the dispensing pharmacy.
- LifespanningRx is not liable for delays caused by incorrect patient information, missed deliveries, or environmental conditions (e.g., carrier strikes, weather).
6. Provider Denial or Clinical Ineligibility
If your provider determines that a prescription is not medically appropriate, your consultation fee remains non-refundable, as it covers professional review and evaluation time.
No pharmacy charge will occur if no prescription is issued.
7. Payment Disputes
We encourage patients to contact us directly with any billing concern before filing a chargeback.
Unauthorized disputes may delay care or lead to account suspension.
To resolve payment issues, email billing@Lifespanning.com within 10 business days of the transaction date.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may be granted in rare cases where:
- A duplicate payment was made in error.
- A system or processing error occurred on our end.
- A consultation was charged but never initiated by the clinician.
All approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
