LifespanningRx is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed U.S. healthcare providers who evaluate, prescribe, and coordinate the fulfillment of compounded longevity and peptide therapies through licensed 503A/503B pharmacies.
Every treatment follows a strict medical review and prescription process. No product is dispensed without clinician approval.
2. Step-by-Step Process
Step 1 — Complete Your Medical Intake
You begin by securely completing a short medical questionnaire through our HIPAA-compliant portal.
We collect essential information about:
- Medical history and current conditions
- Allergies and current medications
- Lifestyle and health goals
Your data is encrypted and reviewed only by our licensed clinicians.
Step 2 — Telehealth Consultation
A licensed provider in your state reviews your intake and may schedule a telehealth consultation (video or phone).
During this consultation:
- Your clinician may recommend lab work or diagnostic tests if needed.
- You’ll discuss possible therapy options based on clinical data and safety.
- No prescription is ever issued automatically or without review.
Step 3 — Personalized Prescription
If your provider determines that therapy is clinically appropriate:
- A patient-specific prescription is issued in your name.
- Your prescription is transmitted electronically to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy (503A or 503B).
- Each formulation is prepared individually for you following USP <795>/<797>/<800> standards.
Step 4 — Pharmacy Compounding & Fulfillment
Our partner pharmacies compound and dispense all medications within federal and state guidelines.
- All medications are made to prescription specifications.
- Products are not mass-produced or available for research use.
- Shipments are sent directly from the pharmacy to the patient’s verified address.
LifespanningRx does not dispense or store medications.
Step 5 — Clinical Support & Follow-Up
Once your therapy is in progress:
- You’ll receive ongoing clinical support from our medical team.
- Follow-up consultations and refills are handled through your provider.
- Any side effects or questions can be addressed through our secure patient portal or by emailing support@Lifespanning.com.
If you experience a medical emergency, call 911 immediately.

4. Medical Eligibility & Limitations
- We only serve patients 18 years or older in states where our providers are licensed.
- Therapies may be denied if contraindicated by your medical profile.
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, but are prepared under FDA-regulated 503A/503B oversight and state pharmacy law.
- Controlled substances are not prescribed outside clinically approved conditions and jurisdictions.
5. Pricing and Payments
Consultation fees and therapy costs are disclosed before checkout.
You will never be charged for a medication without a valid prescription and your explicit consent.
Because prescriptions are patient-specific, all sales are final once dispensed.
6. Patient Safety & Data Security
LifespanningRx is fully HIPAA-compliant.
All telehealth sessions and medical records are encrypted and stored in secure U.S.-based servers.
Only authorized medical and pharmacy personnel may access your information.
