Every treatment follows a strict medical review and prescription process. No product is dispensed without clinician approval.


2. Step-by-Step Process

Step 1 — Complete Your Medical Intake

You begin by securely completing a short medical questionnaire through our HIPAA-compliant portal.
We collect essential information about:

  • Medical history and current conditions
  • Allergies and current medications
  • Lifestyle and health goals

Your data is encrypted and reviewed only by our licensed clinicians.


Step 2 — Telehealth Consultation

A licensed provider in your state reviews your intake and may schedule a telehealth consultation (video or phone).
During this consultation:

  • Your clinician may recommend lab work or diagnostic tests if needed.
  • You’ll discuss possible therapy options based on clinical data and safety.
  • No prescription is ever issued automatically or without review.

Step 3 — Personalized Prescription

If your provider determines that therapy is clinically appropriate:

  • A patient-specific prescription is issued in your name.
  • Your prescription is transmitted electronically to a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy (503A or 503B).
  • Each formulation is prepared individually for you following USP <795>/<797>/<800> standards.

Step 4 — Pharmacy Compounding & Fulfillment

Our partner pharmacies compound and dispense all medications within federal and state guidelines.

Step 5 — Clinical Support & Follow-Up
