LifespanningRx is a Florida-registered company and maintains all appropriate business registrations and operational licenses where required.
2. Telehealth Provider Network
Telehealth services through LifespanningRx are provided by licensed clinicians operating under a physician-supervised medical group.
All medical providers are credentialed, maintain active state licenses, and follow applicable telemedicine laws in the states where they practice.

All telehealth consultations are performed in accordance with state-specific practice standards.
Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate and never without a clinician’s review.
3. Compounding Pharmacy Partners
Medications prescribed through LifespanningRx are dispensed exclusively by U.S.-licensed 503A or 503B compounding pharmacies that meet state and federal regulatory standards.
Each pharmacy partner maintains current licensure in the states where it ships or dispenses medication.

Each partner adheres to USP <795>, <797>, and <800> compounding guidelines.
Note: LifespanningRx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense or ship medications directly. All medications are compounded and shipped by our licensed pharmacy partners.
4. Prescription and Dispensing Policy
- All medications require a valid prescription issued by a licensed healthcare provider.
- Prescriptions are issued only after medical evaluation and, when applicable, laboratory review.
- Medications are patient-specific and cannot be resold or transferred.
- Controlled substances are prescribed only in accordance with state and federal law.
- We do not provide or promote non-prescription or “research-use” peptides.
This policy ensures full compliance with FDA, DEA, and state board of pharmacy regulations.
5. LegitScript and Regulatory Compliance
LifespanningRx is pursuing certification through LegitScript, an independent verification authority recognized by Visa, Mastercard, Google, Meta, and other regulatory stakeholders.
This certification confirms that our operations comply with applicable laws and demonstrate transparency, patient safety, and ethical medical practices.
We maintain all required documentation, including:
- Telehealth provider licenses
- Pharmacy partner licenses and registrations
- DEA and FDA facility registrations where applicable
- HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
Copies of relevant licenses may be provided upon verified request from regulators or banking partners.
6. Patient Safety and Data Protection
We operate under strict HIPAA and HITECH standards.
All patient health data, prescriptions, and communications are encrypted, securely stored, and accessible only to authorized medical staff and pharmacy partners.
We also comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requirements regarding truthful advertising and scientific substantiation of medical claims.
