LifespanningRx connects patients with licensed healthcare professionals through secure telehealth technology.

Telehealth allows you to receive evaluation, diagnosis, and, when appropriate, prescription of medication remotely through video, audio, or electronic communications.

Telehealth is not a substitute for in-person care when physical examination or emergency services are necessary.


4. Understanding Telehealth Risks and Benefits

5. Compounded Medications and FDA Disclosure

Some therapies offered through LifespanningRx may include compounded medications prepared by U.S.-licensed 503A or 503B pharmacies.

  • These preparations are made only after a valid prescription is issued by a licensed clinician.
  • Compounded medications are not evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for safety or efficacy.
  • Your clinician will determine if a compounded medication is appropriate for your individual needs.

6. Patient Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

  1. Provide complete and accurate medical and personal information.
  2. Participate honestly in your consultation and disclose all relevant conditions, medications, and allergies.
  3. Follow your clinician’s instructions and contact them if you experience side effects.
  4. Understand that medications prescribed are for your personal use only and may not be shared or resold.

7. Prescriptions and Pharmacy Fulfillment

Prescriptions are issued only when medically appropriate after evaluation by a licensed clinician.
All medications are dispensed by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies in compliance with federal and state law.

LifespanningRx itself is not a pharmacy and does not directly dispense medications.
