Shipping Policy

1. Overview

LifespanningRx coordinates prescription fulfillment through U.S.-licensed compounding pharmacies (503A and 503B).
All medications are compounded and shipped directly from the dispensing pharmacy to the patient once a valid prescription has been issued by a licensed clinician.
LifespanningRx itself does not warehouse or ship medications.


2. Shipping Eligibility

  • We currently ship only within the United States to states where our providers and partner pharmacies are licensed to operate.
  • Medications cannot be shipped internationally.
  • Orders are shipped only to the verified patient address on file; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, third-party addresses, or forwarding services.

3. Processing and Fulfillment Time

Once your prescription is approved:

  1. The prescribing clinician transmits your prescription securely to the appropriate licensed pharmacy.
  2. The pharmacy compounds your medication specifically for you — this process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
  3. After compounding, the pharmacy ships the medication via an approved carrier (e.g., UPS HealthCare, FedEx, USPS).

You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your package ships.


4. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 2 – 5 business days after compounding.
  • Expedited shipping: available for most medications at additional cost.
  • Cold-chain medications are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with tracking and delivery confirmation.
  • Total delivery time (consultation → receipt) is usually 5 – 10 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary based on provider approval, pharmacy workload, and carrier performance.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated by the dispensing pharmacy and displayed before payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once a prescription has been dispensed and shipped.
  • Certain temperature-sensitive medications may require additional handling or overnight delivery fees.

6. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number and carrier link via email.
  • Updates if there are any delays or changes.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 days of prescription approval, contact support@Lifespanning.com.


7. Delivery and Receipt

To ensure medication integrity and patient safety:

  • Someone must be available to receive and sign for temperature-sensitive shipments.
  • Inspect all deliveries immediately upon arrival.
  • If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, contact connect@Lifespanning.com within 48 hours with photos and details.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Notify connect@Lifespanning.com within 7 business days.
  2. We will coordinate directly with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier to verify the issue.
  3. A replacement will be issued only if confirmed by the pharmacy and carrier that the medication was lost or compromised.

LifespanningRx is not responsible for losses resulting from:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the patient,
  • Missed delivery attempts, or
  • Failure to retrieve packages in a timely manner.

9. Restricted or Temperature-Sensitive Medications

Certain compounds require overnight or 2-day delivery to maintain potency.
These shipments include insulated packaging and cold packs when necessary.
Please store medications exactly as instructed upon receipt to preserve quality and safety.


10. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or delivery refusal:

  • The pharmacy cannot reship the same medication for safety reasons.
  • A new prescription and additional payment may be required for reshipment.
