This prescription therapy contains tadalafil, a phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE-5) inhibitor clinically used in the management of erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil works by supporting nitric-oxide–mediated vascular signaling, which helps facilitate smooth-muscle relaxation and increased blood flow in response to sexual stimulation.
This formulation is compounded as a sublingual tablet, designed to dissolve under the tongue. Sublingual administration allows for more rapid absorption compared to swallowed oral tablets and may reduce gastrointestinal variability associated with traditional oral dosing.
Tadalafil does not initiate sexual desire and is effective only in the presence of sexual stimulation. Its longer half-life provides an extended therapeutic window, which may allow for greater flexibility compared to short-acting alternatives. Dosage, timing, and frequency are determined by a licensed clinician based on individual medical history and clinical evaluation.
This therapy is prescription-only and requires completion of a medical intake and clinical review prior to access. It is not appropriate for individuals taking nitrates or certain cardiovascular medications. Use should occur only under the supervision of a qualified healthcare professional.
Compounding is performed by U.S.-based, state-licensed pharmacies in accordance with applicable regulations.
